The ACCON Priti Group was founded in the Year of 2010 by Shri ARINDAM CHOWDHURY, the Chairman & Managing Director of M/S A. CHOWDHURY CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED, and Partner of M/S ACCON PRITI PRIME and M/S ACCON PRITI OVERSEAS accompanied by his worthy spouse Smt. RIMI CHOWDHURY as Co-Director and Co-Partner respectively.

M/S A. CHOWDHURY CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED was formerly established in the year of 1999 and known as M/S A. CHOWDHURY CONSTRUCTION, as a proprietary firm in Bhadrakali, Hooghly, under Uttarpara Kotrung Municipal Corporation which gradually established itself as a Group of Companies namely ACCON PRITI GROUP by forming 2 (two) more companies with the names and styles as M/S ACCON PRITI PRIME and M/S ACCON PRITI OVERSEAS.  

 Throughout its 21(twenty-one) years of glorious journey by experiencing with the Real Estate fields (A. CHOWDHURY CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED) and other versatile sectors like: 

• Hotel & Resorts (PRITI FOREST RESORTS - Lataguri)
• Modern entertaiment through "Banquet Culture" (PRITI LAGAN - Banquet Hall in Bhadrakali) 
• Domestic & International Travel & Tourism (MAKE MY TRIP - Hooghly)
• Child Education (EUROKIDS – Pre-School - BHADRAKALI)
• Primary Education under Foundational and Systematic Abacus Learning Process (ENROOT – ABACUS – UTTARPARA)

ARINDAM CHOWDHURY, the Steersman of ACCON PRITI GROUP, inspired by the profound thought of his Grandfather Late Naren Chowdhury, the renowned qualified Mechanical Engineer (BSC, BE of Jadavpur University), and ‘Freedom Fighter’, who modernised an advanced civil lifestyle and felicitous social environment not only in Bhadrakali - Hindmotor township of Hooghly district, but also all over India (i.e – Delhi, Jaipur, Haridwar etc) through his innovative thinking with high skilled constructional activity since pre-independence period of India.

He accomplished a major leading role in foundation of M/S Hindusthan Motors, M/S Asok Glass Industries and many other leading industrial houses. On expression of his social dedication and to inspire the “Women Education” he founded “Deshapriya Balika Vidyamandir”, a Girls Higher Secondary School in Bhadrakali of Hooghly District.

ACCON PRITI GROUP established with a vision for better tomorrow for the common people by providing an improved quality of life and comfortable living standards in a best and affordable price.

Recognizing the basic need to approach the issue of planned development and growth across the Residential, Commercial and Retail segments of the Real Estate Industry, ACCON Priti Group believe that the key element of this transformation is change - a change from within and without.

ACCON PRITI GROUP have endeavoured to commit themselves for providing comprehensive solutions to all its valued customers across the Real Estate Industry, Hotel & Resorts, Travel & Tourism, Education and Learning Systems which combined technology, design and aesthetics and meet customer aspirations and expectations through standards of performance and services.                                                                                                

Stepping towards Real Estate Industry through mother concern M/S A. Chowdhury Construction Pvt. Ltd. was our first and primary venture which now became a large tree with its more branches and branchlets by forming a group of companies namely “ACCON PRITI GROUP”.

Our next project venture was on ‘Hotel & Resorts’ and ‘Banquet Hall’ by establishing our other concern “ Priti Forest Resort” in Lataguri, North Bengal and “Priti Lagan (Banquet Hall) ” which are still fulfilling the requirement of a comfortable staying and enjoying the nature with wild life in ‘Resort’ fashion  and modern entertainment through ‘banquet’ culture for various occasion.

To reach in a variation in entrepreneurship, we further look forwarded towards “Travel & Tourism industry” for both Domestic and Internationally and formed our another company M/S Accon Priti Overseas (Partnership Firm) by stepping in a project venture “MAKE MY TRIP”  (Franchise) in Uttarpara, Hooghly, West Bengal.

ACCON Priti Group established its first entrepreneurial programme in education sector by forming its next company M/S Accon Priti Prime (Partnership Firm) by setting up a new establishment namely “EUROKIDS Pre-School – Bhadrakali (Franchise), Bhadrakali,  Uttarpara, Hooghly, West Bengal with a view to develop and encourage child education through a standard and internationally accepted method.

To formulate more attractive, related to child and primary education, we introduced another programme on Primary Education under Foundational and Systematic Abacus Learning Process (ENROOT – ABACUS – UTTARPARA) in our “EUROKIDS – Bhadrakali” school campus.
