1. Terms & Conditions

1. Obey rules & regulations of hotel to avoid crisis of relationship during your stay. All subject to local jurisdiction only.
2. Reach at hotel within 6 Hrs. from the check in time.
3. In case of disallow booking authority return only advance amount in spite of proper analysis written down by hotel authority with duly signature, seal & date in the original copy.
4. If your booking massage or amount fail to reach our hotel in time due to unavoidable circumstances, we are not liable for that.
5. Advance once paid is not refundable or adjustable in any case.
6. Cancellation Charges:  **Less than 10 days 100% of the  booking amount,**  10 Days & above but less than 30 Days 60% of the booking amount, **30 Days & above but less than 60 Days 40% of the booking amount,** 60Days & above 30% of booking amount. No taxes will be refunded.  No question arises of cancellation if draft or hotel copy sent to hotel on confirms booking.
7. If booking made through the agency, cancellation also should be done through that agency only.
